This sea salad is a rich combination of red, brown and green seaweed hand-harvested along the pristine wild Atlantic coast of Ireland. Sea Salad is an excellent additive for soups, sauces, salads and fish dishes. It can also be soaked and eaten raw or blended and mixed with salt for a nutritious seasoning packed full of flavour. Seaweed is an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals.
Preparation: Sprinkle into soups, sauces, and salads.
How to rehydrate seaweed for cold/raw dishes: Place seaweed in a bowl filled with cold water. Let soak for 10 to 15 minutes or until seaweed is supple. Drain in sieve and pat dry. Seaweed is now ready to use!
Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians and Raw Foodists.
Ingredients: Dried Dillisk (Palmaria palmata), Sea Lettuce (Ulva lactuca), and Sugar Kelp (Saccharina latissimi)
